After-sales Engineer 售后工程师
Required Number 需求人数：3 people
Main Duties主要职责：
1.Conduct installation, commissioning and training for new equipment, sign and return the delivery note and training form; report the operation status of new equipment in a timely manner.
2.Analyze on-site issues and handle faults for customers; report the daily handling progress and feed back to the company promptly.
3.Provide on-site training to customers on equipment operation, order modification and new product commissioning.
4.Understand customer needs on-site and cooperate with the engineering and software teams to optimize equipment performance.
5.Continuously put forward reasonable personal suggestions for equipment-related issues.
1.新机安装调试培训，回签送货单及培训表，及时汇报新机运行情况；
2.客户现场问题分析，故障处理，并汇报当天处理进度及时反馈回公司；
3.现场培训客户设备操作、改单，调试新产品；
4.现场了解客户需求，配合工程、软件优化设备性能；
5.针对设备问题，不断提出个人合理化建议等；
需求：
Educational Background学历：College Diploma or above大专及以上
Age年龄：25-40 years old 25-40岁
Skill Requirements技能要求：
1.More than 3 years of ASM equipment maintenance experience,and familiar
with Die Bond/Clip Bond/Flip Chip/eutectic bonding machine process flows.
2.Language Requirements: Proficient in both English and Chinese.
3.Ability to provide technical training to customers.
1.有3年以上ASM设备维护经验，会Die Bond/clip Bonh/Flip Chip/共晶机工艺流程；
2.语种要求：精通英文和中文；
3.具备培训客户技术的能力；

Residential Requirements居住要求：Lond-term residence in Malaysia长期居住马来西亚
